There are many short and long-term mission opportunities available within the JPUSA community. We welcome individuals, couples, and families to come and volunteer their time and gifts in exchange for room and board and a unique community experience. School, church or urban mission groups looking to participate in serving with us should go to our Group Missions site  to schedule a short term immersive urban mission experience. Housing and meals are provided. Keep in mind this is inner-city living. Dorms are usually shared, beds can be bunks or the JPUSA-famous loft bed (see video). Meals are simple, but tasty with vegetarian options and salad bar often available. When in season certain ingredients are sourced from the various JPUSA gardens.

Jobs range from kitchen help to answering phones to barista-ing at our very own professional coffeeshop. Cornerstone Community Outreach is a complex of shelters run and operated by JPUSA. CCO serves over 500 people daily through its various programs and services. The needs at CCO are endless. Always there are opportunities to fellowship. Hear one another’s stories and share your own.
